Timeshare procedure.
The main revenue of the system comes from accommodation service, which provide customers reserve and stay in properties. Profit from the service is distributed to NFT owners after deducting management fees.
A customer contacts SPV for reservation. The contacting channel can be varied, such as, through an online travel agency (OTA) platform, via live chat, etc.
The customer pays the service fee to the timeshare smart contact.
The profit is divided to 2 parts: a. to SPV for a management fee. b. distributed among NFT owners.
SPV contact a property management company to support the customer before and during the stay.
The customer travels to the property and stays there for a specified period.
